How do I return or exchange an item?

- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- If exchanging, specify the product you would like

What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
We want you to love your glassware! That's why we offer a 30-day return guarantee to ensure your pieces are everything you hoped for. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your glassware for free, as long as it remains in excellent condition with original packaging.
Important Conditions:
- Your glassware must be gently used and undamaged (no chips, cracks, or breaks)
- Original protective packaging must be kept intact for safe return shipping
- Items damaged through accidents or mishandling cannot be accepted
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact us first at contact@zareva.co.uk or +44 7400 716392 with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return. For exchanges, let us know which item you'd prefer instead (subject to stock availability).
Never send items back without contacting us first - we'll provide personalized return instructions to ensure your glassware travels safely.
Once your return arrives and passes our quality inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. You'll receive confirmation once processing is complete.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders throughout the UK with no minimum spend required. Your hand-blown glassware is carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days, then takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Service.

- 3-5 business days total delivery time from order placement

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number, allowing you to follow your glassware's journey from our warehouse directly to your door.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery to rural areas may require an additional 1-2 days.
How long does it take to process my refund ?
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned glassware to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Refund Timeline:
- All Payment Methods: Processing completed within 3-10 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Direct PayPal refunds typically process within 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfers: May take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
What to Expect:

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so please stay tuned for future updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal as our exclusive payment method. You can pay using your debit or credit card without needing a PayPal account. In the future, we plan to offer additional payment options like Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your glassware's journey in two convenient ways:
Track Your Order:
- On our website: Visit TRACK ORDER and enter your tracking number
- Directly with Royal Mail: Use the same tracking number on the Royal Mail website for real-time updates
You'll be able to monitor your package's progress from our warehouse, through the postal network, right up until it's delivered to your doorstep. Both tracking options provide the same detailed information about your order's location and estimated delivery time.
Your tracking number becomes active within a few hours of dispatch, so if it's not working immediately, please check again shortly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel.
